Amenities
Two Bedrooms + Den
The guest house features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath for privacy and comfort. The primary suite offers a luxurious king-size bed and a soaking tub, while the second bedroom includes two extra-long twin beds that can be converted to a king, and a double vanity plus shower.
Full Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen awaits with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, plus a coffee and tea kit. All dishes, utensils, and cookware are provided, making it easy to prepare meals and gather around the dining table that seats six.
Good Dog Friendly
Cobble Hill Winery Guest House welcomes well-behaved dogs, ensuring your furry friends are comfortable on vacation. There is easy access to outdoor areas, and scenic walking spots abound on the property for relaxed strolls together.
There is a one time pet fee of $75 per stay (not per dog), this includes a welcome pet box with dog bowls, linens, towels, pick-up bags and treats for your use during your stay. We welcome up to two dogs per stay.
Two and a Half Baths
Guests enjoy two full bathrooms, each featuring a marble shower and heated floors. The primary ensuite also offering a luxurious soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. An additional half bath adds extra convenience for families or groups, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.
Lounging Porch
Unwind on the covered private porch, designed for all-season enjoyment with cozy seating. Listen to the birds and friendly greetings from our goats Beatrice and Benedict while savoring your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

No Smoking
This is a no smoking property. A fine of $250 will be incurred for smoking of any kind in the residence
No Parties
While we enjoy a good time, the Guest House is for up to six guests only, unless rented as part of an event or wedding
Quiet hours are between
10:00 pm and 7:00 am
Prior to Arrival
Please provide names of all guests, human and canine. Once received we will send check-in instructions
On Check Out
We ask that you please run the dishwasher on your departure
Pet Fee

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans fall through. We do not charge a cancellation or change
fee. However, if you need to cancel, please note the following:
100% of fee is refundable if cancellation is 15 days prior to your reservation by 6:00 p.m.

50% of fee is refundable if cancellation is 7 days prior to your reservation by 6:00 p.m.
